Java String Class

The String class represents character strings. All string literals in Java programs, such as "abc" , are implemented as instances of this class.
The primary difference between StringBuilder and StringBuffer in Java is thread safety: StringBuilder is not thread-safe and is optimized for single-threaded operations, whereas StringBuffer is thread-safe because its methods are synchronized.
